Our Hatchery
Our hatchery is located in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. We sell diploid and triploid oysters. Our business has been running for ten years. We originally started with a farm in Grand Isle, Louisiana but then later developed into a hatchery relocated in Baton Rouge. Dr. Steve Pollock PhD has been the owner/operator of Triple N Oysters for ten years.
